Payment methods

If you do not have a credit card, you can settle your order via bank transfer. Payment is made as follows:

Send us a copy of the bank transfer – payment via email to [email protected] or in a reply email to the order you will receive electronically in your email. Upon receipt of the copy, we will dispatch your order with a shipping cost of 5 euros*.

In order to reduce transfer fees and transfer time, choose to make the transaction within the same bank. All banks do not charge fees when the transfer is made from the same bank via e-banking.  A transfer from a different bank incurs charges both from your bank and from the recipient bank. In the case of transferring money from a different bank, you will be charged with all expenses both from your bank and ours. Also, the money will appear in our account after 2-3 days, at which point your order will be dispatched.

 

Fill in the order form with your credit card number and expiration date, and receive your order at your place with a shipping cost of 5 euros*.

Credit Card Details: The use of a credit card by the visitor to pay for goods and services is charged only once and only for that specific transaction.

The credit card details do not come into contact with us but only with the bank where they are securely deposited and transmitted, and therefore cannot be used for any other purpose other than the electronic ordering transaction.

In this case, the credit card details are not stored anywhere, but only used during the check and charge process. During the order execution process, if an item is not available, we have the option to deduct its value from the total amount, informing the bank that we are collecting less.

Therefore, transactions made with www.cathelia.com via credit cards are completely secure.

Security

All card payments are processed through the Viva Wallet electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its designated recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.

Product Delivery

www.cathelia.com undertakes to dispatch your order within 24 hours (on business days) for items that are immediately available. Return Policy

You have the right to return the products you purchased, for any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt.

As for money returns, they are only possible if the product is defective from the beginning. In the case of a defective product, the customer can also choose to exchange it with an identical one, subject to availability. The cost of transportation is covered by the company.

In case of a wrong order, you should contact us via email at [email protected] or call 6936923211 Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 and Saturday 11:00-16:00, to replace the product with the correct one.

The products to be returned must be in the condition received by the customer, complete, without damage, and their packaging must be the one normally accompanying the product, with no removal of the hygiene sticker.

Returns are accepted only if the product has not been used or placed and is accompanied by the purchase receipt.

To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any visible defects (e.g., broken merchandise, wrong type, etc.).

Returns cannot be accepted for products that were not immediately available and were ordered specifically for the customer.

Shipping costs for product returns are borne by the customer, unless the product you received is incorrect, in which case the return costs are borne by Cathelia.com.
